I had my towbar fitted in July 2017. I didn't get round to using it until last week, when I found the offside indicator not working. They attended within a week and discovered that at the last MOT the Mercedes garage had disconnected the feed wires from the indicator wiring, when replacing the light cluster. Rectified in a few minutes and no charge. Top service.
Great guys did what I asked from them put my socket on the bumper so it was out of the way on my freelander as I go off-roading with it well done guys

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Somerset Tow Bars due to the experience I had. I was inconvenienced in terms of time and cost and although the correct tow bar was eventually received I would not use again the future. The issues appear to be caused by SMT's supplier and courier but I only received a 10 discount after incurring a 2 hour and 60 mile wasted trip plus taking a day off for a tow bar which didn't arrive. Nigel clearly tried his best but my experience on this occasion didn't meet my expectations. Thank you any way and I am sure that this is an isolated incident as I was originally recommended to use SMT.
